and how to minimize your exposure to harmful chemicals, food demos (and catered lunch),
herbal and natural remedies for common pregnancy complaints (heartburn, constipation,
insomnia, nausea, etc) AND a "Panel of Experts" including a doula, naturopathic doctor,
lactation consultant, natural chef, and chiropractor to answer all your questions
about pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

VAGINAL BIRTH AFTER CESAREAN-VBAC
Monday, February 22nd from 6:30-9:30 PM
New Class: Vaginal Birth After Cesarean! This
class is designed for moms and their partners who have given birth by cesarean one
or more times and are interested in having a vaginal birth. The class will cover
topics such as: TOLAC- Trial of Labor After Cesarean, risks and benefits of VBAC,
risks and benefits of a repeat cesarean, choosing the right healthcare provider,
increasing your chances of a successful VBAC, understanding local hospital VBAC policies,
developing strategies for self-advocacy, reviewing stages of labor and comfort activities.

BirthWays' Supports COHI's Fundraiser
Circle of Health International is a wonderful nonprofit organization that sends midwives and other health care providers to countries in crisis to offer women's health services.
They are now providing this most needed service in Haiti and this fundraiser is going to help them in their efforts.
Please join us for a fun filled afternoon full of great entertainment for adults and kids, a presentation by Sharon Craig who just returned home from working with COHI in Haiti, and a raffle that you will not want to miss!!
The raffle has many many great prizes including labor and postpartum doula services, massages and body work sessions, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments, free doula training and midwifery classes, beauty treatments and much much more!
